How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2-4 business days. Express (next day) and same-day delivery are available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Do you deliver to all Emirates?

Yes! We deliver to all seven Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

What is your return policy?

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns page for details.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
